
Return Policy:
We guarantee 100% full refund of merchandise purchase price when returned in original condition. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Policy:
We ship USPS within 5-7 business days of purchase. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed the next business day and shipped within 5-7 business days of order.
Custom orders may require more time to ship, depending upon the complexity and size of the order. We will provide a time window when the order is placed.
If You Receive the Wrong Item:
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) via email sales@hardhathitch.com , and we will make arrangements to send a replacement after item is returned in its original conditon. Shipping charges will be fully refunded for this reason only.
Damaged in Shipping:
If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact the Customer Service Center at sales@hardhathitch.com and we will gladly send you a replacement. All product(s) returned must follow our Return policy.
